Hiking in the Pitztal
Hiking is the number one summer activity in the Pitztal, which is no surprise considering how stunning the mountainscape surrounding the house Venetblick is. The area is ideal for hiking with children as well as for adventurous mountain or glacier tours to the highest peaks of North Tyrol. A total of 380 km of hiking trails await you and your hiking boots. If you prefer a more comfortbale option, you can also use the mountain railways to get up to airy heights.
Diversity of activities
The Pitztal is not only great for hiking, also cyclists and mountain bikers can look forward to great trails. Activities such as trailrunning, climbing, going on a via ferrata, canyoning or rafting are becoming more popular in our valley. We would definitely recommend the XP Abenteuerpark in Jerzens, the Alpine Coaster in Imst or the Pitz Park near our Haus Venetblick to all the action lovers out there!

The Tyrolean Oberland is perfect for excursions of all sorts, with our Haus Venetblick as the ideal starting point. We recommend for example the Rosengartenschlucht Imst, Schloss Landeck, Aqua Dome Längenfeld, Area 47 in the Ötztal, Ötzidorf in Umhausen or a lovely city trip to Innsbruck, Imst, Reutte, Bludenz and many more.

Not only for bikers: panorama tours in Tyrol
The area surrounding our Haus Venetblick is great for panorama tours. You could go by car, motorbike or racing bike. Discover the highest mountain passes in Tyrol and enjoy the breathtaking view. Amongst the most popular ones is the Timmelsjoch, which is often combined with the Ötztaler Gletscherstraße and the Jaufenpass. Also the Silvretta Hochalpenstraße, Arlbergstraße, Hahntennjoch or Fernpass are very beloved.
